Jailbreaking May Soon Become Illegal Again
It was in July 2010, the United States government ruled that the jailbreaking and unlocking of Apple iPhones, as well as the rooting of Android devices was to be deemed a legal act, as long as the process wasn’t being carried out with the intention of circumventing copyright. We ran with an article directly after the ruling was made which outlined the full details of the new DMCA legislation which once and for all set to rest the misconceptions surrounding the legalities of jailbreaking a device.
Apple understandably remained tight lipped on the situation at the time, choosing to make a short statement, which drew attention to the fact that jailbreaking, whilst officially legal, would still void any official Apple warranties:
Apple’s goal has always been to insure that our customers have a great experience with their iPhone and we know that jailbreaking can severely degrade the experience. As we’ve said before, the vast majority of customers do not jailbreak their iPhones as this can violate the warranty and can cause the iPhone to become unstable and not Work reliably.

The iPhone | If Bill Gates Had Created It
Even
though Bill Gates has stepped down from his empire and Steve Jobs is
stepping up his game yet another notch, I still feel as though we could
need another spark in today’s technology Landscape where we’d see a little bit more competitive forces working against each other. Sure, we have Google who’s digging around in pretty much everything these days but the old Sony/Ericsson, Nokia and those more old school cell phone companies are just doing what they know how to do best, to supply the world with second grade CellPhones always destined to be one step behind the innovators.

iPhone 5 concept - the iPhone SJ
The iPhone SJ is “Totally glass capacitive screen on a polycarbonate lightweight body” and the “design inspired by Steve Jobs”.The mockup photos clearly shows that the iPhone SJ concept borrows much from the current iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S, except this iPhone 5 concept has much slimmer design and a slightly rounded edge from the back and front panels to the bezel.
The concept of the iPhone SJ has been welcomed in an amazing and unexpected way by the Web. We want to celebrate all this by releasing more images and details of the concept together with a small video.

Night View near the Dakota
Tuesday night was not so much cold as it was rainy. The damp weather sent people scampering for cover.
This was the view near the Dakota (at right), a landmark building on the Upper West Side. This building is known for being the home of many celebrities, including the late John Lennon, and having been the setting of the movie 'Rosemary's Baby'. The West 72nd Street subway station nestles up alongside the building facade.
As you can see, the sidewalks are suprisingly tidy. The sidewalks vary greatly, depending on where you are in the city.

Car Hire United Kingdom - The Best Way To Find Excellent British Food
With
resurgence in locally produced food using car hire United Kingdom is
the perfect way to experience some of the finest cuisine in Britain.
With many local producers well off the beaten track a rental car is the
most practical way of finding high quality organic produce. One of the
best ways to taste regional specialties is to visit a Farmer’s Market
which are held in most towns across the United Kingdom and where the
local producers sell cheeses, meats and vegetables, all grown or reared
within a short radius of the event.
Take a drive using car hire United Kingdom
to towns synonymous with food production. Why not consider Stilton in
Leicestershire, home of the famous cheese or Melton Mowbray where pork
pies are made. Discovering a good restaurant or a pub with locally
brewed beer is another pleasure of exploring the countryside in the
United Kingdom.
Wales
is an excellent place to try lamb, with some of the best coming from
the salt marshes of the Gower Peninsula. With limited public transport
an arrangement to use car hire United Kingdom
is often the most practical way to get around. It is also invaluable
when spending time on a self catering holiday when locally sourced food
is a real delight to cook. One of the best types of food is freshly
caught fish which is perfect grilled on a barbecue. Drive down to a
local harbour and just wait for the boats to come in.
One
of the best places to go is to Herefordshire and Worcestershire when
the apple and pear harvests are being gathered in and there is fruit in
most towns of some of the older varieties. Some is eaten, some cooked or
preserved and a lot made into cider. Visiting the United Kingdom
during a harvest is an excellent way to see the country at its best and
to taste fresh traditional local food.

Bonifacio Monument in Caloocan City
The main landmark of Caloocan City, the Bonifacio Monument is located at the intersection of Rizal Avenue and EDSA. The monument commemorates the most proletarian of all Filipino heroes, Andres Bonifacio. The monument likewise marks the first encounter between Andres Bonifacio and his revolutionary group called Katipunan with the Spanish soldiers on August 3, 1896. The monument was immortalized by the great Filipino national artist Guillermo(Botong)Tolentino in 1933 together with Guillermo Masangkay, one of Bonifacio's generals adapting the facing of Bonifacio's Statue towards his birthplace in Tondo, Manila, which is situated on the south of Caloocan.

Iron Man CooooL Wallpapers
Iron Man is a fictional superhero who appears in comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character debuted in Tales of Suspense #39 (March 1963), and was created by writer-editor Stan Lee, scripter Larry Lieber, and artists Don Heck and Jack Kirby.
Born
Anthony Edward Stark, and usually called Tony, he is an industrialist
playboy and ingenious engineer who suffers a severe heart injury during a
kidnapping in which his captors attempt to force him to build a weapon
of mass destruction. He instead creates a powered suit of armor to save
his life and escape captivity. He later uses the suit to protect the
world as Iron Man. Through his multinational corporation ― Stark Industries ― Tony has created many military weapons,
some of which, along with other technological devices of his making,
have been integrated into his suit, helping him fight crime. Initially, Iron Man was a vehicle for Stan Lee to explore Cold War themes, particularly the role of American technology and business in the fight against communism. Subsequent re-imaginings of Iron Man have gradually removed the Cold War themes, replacing them with more contemporary concerns such as corporate crime and terrorism.

Selimiye Mosque (Turkey) Wallpapers
The Selimiye mosque complex, built at Edirne 1569-75. Sinan Pasha, the
royal architect, was inspired by the 1000 year old cathedral church of
St. Hagia Sophia in Istanbul. He
felt that it was an affront to Islam that the emperor Justinian’s
architects had been able to span with a dome a greater area than Ottoman architects had been able to achieve. With the Selimiye he succeeded in surpassing the Hagia Sophia.
