Apple iOS crosses over 5 million game downloads per day..
Apple’s
iOS App Store sees more than 5 million games downloaded per day as
iPhone and iPad users look to fill their devices with gaming goodies,
new figures have revealed.
Having
recently received an award from the Guinness Book of World Records for
having the ‘largest downloadable video game store’ in history, Apple is
now reported to be totting up more than 5 million gaming app downloads
per day across the US and EU market.
Compiled
by Distimo and Newzoo, the new figures have revealed that of the 5
million daily downloads, 88 per cent of these gaming apps are in the
form of free-to-download content with just 12 per cent being paid for.
Further
revelations from the compiled data showed that 90 per cent of the
gaming downloads are made by iPhone touting iOS users, 9 per cent coming

Apple to launch low-priced iPhone for $350, iPhone 4S/5 at end of summer!!!
According to source, Apple will indeed be launching a prepaid / lower cost iPhone this year.
We are told the handset will retail for no more than $350 without
contract. It’s entirely possible that the low-cost iPhone will in fact
be the iPhone 3GS. We reported that we were able to independently confirm that
the iPhone 5 featured a radical new design, however this source of ours
isn’t quite sure that will be the next iPhone. Whether it’s the iPhone
4S or 5, it will be coming out or “at least announced by the end of Summer, late August.”
They theorized that we’d have seen new 3rd party cases by now if the upcoming iPhone featured a different exterior, though Apple has surely been cracking down on their case specification leaks. If this turns out to be true, it will mean there would be an iPhone 4S in addition to the prepaid iPhone 3GS available within the next month to two.
In addition to that news, we are told that Apple will continue to sell the current iPhone 4 as well, finally giving the company a full range of devices in the lower, mid, and high-end price segments. Coupled with rumored launches on Sprint and T-Mobile in the U.S. alone, Apple seems prepared to once again take charge and lead in the smartphone market.

While Apple has indeed been giving some developers access to a device known as the iPhone 4S —
an iPhone 4 with upgraded internals but it has independently confirmed
that the next-generation iPhone will not merely be an upgraded iPhone 4
as had been previously rumored. We have been told by a reliable source
to expect a radical new case design for the upcoming iPhone, though we
have not been given any additional details surrounding the design of the
new iPhone case.
What about a release, then? The consensus is that Apple is going to announce the next-generation iPhone at the company’s annual September event, traditionally focused on iPods, but we have heard it’s quite possible Apple will break tradition.
According to our source, Apple may hold an event in the beginning or middle of August to announce the new iPhone, with availability to follow in the last week of August. We’re not sure if that means the iPod event will be moved up slightly, or if this will be an iPhone-specific event. Thisismynext reported earlier that the upcoming iPhone 5 would feature a new teardrop-shaped case design.

Apple suppliers cranking out 150,000 iPhone 5 units per day (BLOG)
Apple
has yet to confirm a single detail about its next-generation iPhone,
but reports out of Taiwan suggest the company believes it’s going to be a
hit.
According to Apple supply chain sources, production of Apple’s so-called iPhone 5 at Foxconn Electronics plants have ramped up to about 150,000 units per day, reports DigiTimes. In addition, lens maker Largan Precision, touch-screen maker TPK Holding, glass supplier G-Tech Optoelectronics and battery suppliers Simplo and Dynapack are all currently operating at maximum capacity, the sources said.
With this level of production, iPhone 5 shipments are expected to reach between 5 million and 6 million in September, which equals out to more than 22 million units for the fourth quarter of this year. Shipments of iPhone 4 (both GSM and CDMA versions) will drop to make room for iPhone 5.
Of course, it is still not known when Apple plans to announce the iPhone 5, let alone when anxious customers will be able to get their hands on one. General consensus of the iPhone 5 rumor mill is that the next-generation Apple handset will launch sometime in October, though

iPhone 5 Release Date Event in 14 Days Says Apple Rep
Looking for a comprehensive list of all the rumors iPhone 5 out there? The iPhone 5 News Blog
has compiled an exhaustive list of every rumored iPhone feature, plus
our own take on how cool and how probable they are for showing up on the
next iPhone!
If you’re one of the millions of people who search out news, rumors, and opinions about the iPhone 5 each month, then you know that new, purported features are constantly being thrown about in the rumor mill. Usually, tech websites and blogs will post an article that spells out some interesting new feature that may or may not end up on the iPhone 5.
Here at the iPhone 5 News Blog, we went over all of our previous articles and combed the news sites to report on every legitimate iPhone 5 feature rumor that has been out there, and have given you our take on how cool and how probable it is that a feature will actually end up on the iPhone 5. There are currently 20 different iPhone 5 features listed here.
We hope you enjoy all of these rumored iPhone 5 features!
A Larger 4-inch Screen: The desire for a larger-screened iPhone 5 started as early as the summer of 2010, when iPhone 4 users looked at their screens, then looked at some of the big Droid slabs, and started to covet a larger touch surface and viewing area. With the smartphone market trending toward larger, mini-tablet designs, a 4+ inch screen on the iPhone 5 is plausible. Apple may also increase the screen size while keeping the chassis of the iPhone 5 the same size by going with an edge-to-edge screen. [Coolness Factor: 9/10 Probability: 5/10]
E-Ink/Retina Display: Along with a larger screen, iPhone users have also been hoping for a higher screen resolution and retina display for the iPhone 5. In fact, this was also a desire for the iPad 2 as well. But just as the resolution on the iPad 2 wasn’t improved upon, it is unlikely that the iPhone 5 will feature any kind of increased resolution. There is hope, however, that someday the iPhone will feature an E-Ink/Retina hybrid screen that will be able to deliver Kindle-esque resolutions for reading — and switch to the retina display for everything else. [Coolness Factor: 10/10 Probability: 2/10]

Zac Efron Pictures
Zachary David Alexander
"Zac" Efron born October 18, 1987 is an American actor, singer, and
dancer. He began acting professionally in the early 2000s, and became
known to young audiences after his roles in the Disney Channel Original Movie High School Musical, the WB series Summerland, and the 2007 film version of the Broadway musical Hairspray. In 2007, before the release of High School Musical 2, Rolling Stone declared him the "poster boy for tweenyboppers" and featured him in their late August 2007 issue. Zac Efron
has since starred in the films 17 Again, Me and Orson Welles, and
Charlie St. Cloud, and is due to star in New Years Eve and The Lucky
One.
Efron was born in San Luis Obispo, California, and later moved to Arroyo Grande, California. His father, David Efron, is an engineer at a power plant, and his mother, Starla Baskett, is a former secretary who worked at the same power plant. Zac Efron has a younger brother, Dylan, and had a self-described "normal childhood" in a middle class family. He is an agnostic, having never been religious. His surname, "Efron", means "lark" in Hebrew (his paternal grandfather was Jewish).
Zac Efron has said that he would "flip out" if he got a "B" and not an "A" in school, and has also described himself as having been a class clown. Zac Efron's father encouraged him to begin acting when Zac Efron was 11 years old. He subsequently appeared in theater productions at his high school, worked in a theater called The Great American Melodrama and Vaudeville, and began taking singing lessons. Zac Efron performed in plays such as Gypsy; Peter Pan; or, The Boy Who Wouldn't Grow Up; Little Shop of Horrors; and The Music Man. He was recommended to an agent in Los Angeles by his drama teacher, Robyn Metchik (the mother of actors Aaron Michael Metchik and Asher Metchik). Efron was later signed to the Creative Artists Agency.
Zac Efron graduated from Arroyo Grande High School in 2006, and was then accepted into the University of Southern California, but has deferred his enrollment to work on film projects. Zac Efron also attended Pacific Conservatory of the Performing Arts, a community college located in Santa Maria, California, which provided him with the opportunity to perform as a "young player" during the years of 2000 and 2001.

Rafale Fighter Jet Wallpapers
The Dassault Rafale (French pronunciation: [ʁafal], squall)[2] is a French twin-engine delta-wing multi-role jet fighter aircraft designed and built by Dassault Aviation. Introduced in 2000, the Rafale is being produced both for land-based use with the French Air Force and for carrier-based operations with the French Navy. It has also been marketed for export to several countries but has not yet received orders. In the late 1970s, the Air Force and Navy were seeking replacements for its aircraft. To save development costs, France agreed with four other nations to produce an air dominance fighter, but subsequent disagreements led to a split. To satisfy stringent criteria formulated by the Ministry of Defense, Dassault built a technology demonstrator to prove the viability of its new product. Further development led to the current Rafale variants, which embody innovative avionics and aerodynamics, optimised for air supremacy operations.
